The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of staff nurses and care assistants. Providing the necessary leadeship to maintain high standards of care, safety,discipline and morale in the home. The post holder will support the Nurse manager and deputise in her absence.

- Part 1 or Part 12 NMC Registered
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience
