Acting as an employment business we are delighted to advertise the role of Nurse Manager for a highly esteemed Private Nursing Home in Belfast. The post will consist of a 35 hr working week. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day control of the Nursing Home, providing the necessary leadership to maintain a high standard of care, safety and discipline and morale in the Home.
In conjunction with the registration and inspection unit, the Nurse Manager will participate in the delivery of care, implement policies and procedures and ensure the defined standards and objectives are being achieved. He/she will also be require to exercise leadership at all times to ensure confidnce and high morale among all staff.
