Acting as an employment business Diamond Care are looking for a Nurse to manage a 44 bedded Private Nursing Home in tranquil countryside location. 35 hrs per week, (9-5 or 10-6). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall standard of care, adherence to regulations and legislation, overall staff supervision and contact with authorities, as well as the ability to remain calm and collective when dealing with day to day nursing issues and decision making. He/she should also be entusiastic, supportive and highly motivated in leading and coaching staff and ensure that the management of Nursing Home is in line with the companies objective of the delivery of the highest standard of care possible to Residents.
